Yes, we do offer international shipping to the most locations. Please, note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates and delivery times may also vary for international orders.

For security reasons we are not able to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO address and hotels. The delivery to workplaces is possible, make sure to indicate the company name and precise instructions.

If your delivery address is outside the EU you might have to pay importing fees and/or VAT or other charges according to your domestic law. For most orders under 700$ delivered to the USA usually go through customs without any payment. For orders delivered to Canada the threshold is 150 CAD. Please note that these fees are not refundable.

We offer DHL Express delivery for all orders. Please, mind that fulfilment time might be different for some items and location. Once your order is placed, you will receive an estimated delivery timeframe. Depending on the availability of the item, the order fulfillment is done within 1-3 days on average. Usually to most European location the delivery itself takes 1-2 business days, to distant overseas locations up to 4 days. Please note that unexpected circumstances, such as customs delays or weather conditions, may affect the delivery time.

When you place an order through the website, your items will be delivered in secure packaging. Inside the packaging, you will find your item thoughtfully placed in a suede pouch, within a distinctive Saint Bones box.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and Union Pay. We also offer alternative payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Sofort Überweisung (EPS).

Yes, we do offer payment plans with Klarna. Available only in Austria, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, UK, Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

No, unfortunately we do not offer any kind of payment upon delivery.

Silver

Yes, we offer a wide range of silver jewelry that incorporates various gemstones. This includes rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and more. The gemstones used in our silver jewelry may include diamonds, rubies and many others.

Our jewelry pieces are crafted from a variety of high-quality materials, including responsible sourced and recycled gold (yellow, white, and rose), Sterling silver and platinum. We also offer jewelry featuring responsible resourced natural
gemstones such as diamonds, emeralds, rubies, and sapphires. In certain products we also use artificial gemstones.

Sterling silver is a high-quality silver alloy commonly used in jewelry making. It consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% of other metals, usually copper, which provides strength and durability to the silver.

While sterling silver is generally hypoallergenic, some people with sensitive skin may still experience allergic reactions to it. This is usually due to the small percentage of other metals, such as copper, present in the alloy.

Due to your particular sweat compounds your skins react to the minor copper content in the Sterling silver alloy. This occurrence is relatively rare, happening in approximately 1 out of 50 cases. It is important to note that this reaction is not harmful and is unrelated to the quality of the sterling silver used; rather, it is a natural response to the copper content. If you keep wearing the ring for the next 2 weeks approximately it will leave no more stains on your skin. However, if you remain concerned about this issue, we are happy to accept the ring for a refund.

It is generally recommended to remove your silver jewelry before showering or swimming, as prolonged exposure to water, soaps, and chemicals can accelerate tarnishing and potentially damage the jewelry.

Silver jewelry can tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and certain chemicals. To clean your silver jewelry, you can use a soft cloth or a silver polishing cloth to gently rub away the tarnish. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that can damage the silver. Proper storage in a dry, airtight container or a jewelry box can also help prevent tarnishing.

Gold

No. We use 14K or 18 K solid gold. We don`t do any gold or rhodium plated jewelry.

Yellow gold is the natural color of gold, while white gold is created by alloying gold with white metals such as silver or palladium. Rose gold is created by adding more copper to the alloy, giving it a warm, reddish or pink hue.

Gold jewelry is typically measured in karats (K), which indicates the purity of the gold. 24K gold is considered pure gold,  18K gold is made by mixing 75% gold with 25% other metals. 14K gold is made by mixing 58.3% pure gold with 41.7% other
metals. The other metals used in the alloy can vary, but commonly include copper, silver, or zinc. These additions define the color of the gold.  The purpose of adding these metals is to enhance the durability and strength of the gold, as pure gold (24K) is relatively soft and may not be suitable for certain types of jewelry that require more resilience. 14K gold is a popular choice for jewelry as it offers a good balance between purity, durability, and affordability.

Pure gold is generally hypoallergenic, as it doesn't contain common allergens. However, lower karat gold jewelry may contain other metals that can cause allergic reactions in some individuals.

The production and assembly take place in different countries depending on the type of the product and specifics of our business operation (Austria, China, Indonesia, Italy, Turkey, Thailand). Yes, our sunglasses have polarized lenses. Polarized lenses are designed to reduce glare caused by reflected light, providing clearer vision and better eye comfort, especially in bright or sunny conditions.

Custom orders

Yes, we offer custom design services for certain products. Our team of designers can work with you to create a unique and personalized piece of jewelry tailored to your preferences. Generally, we don't do any small custom projects; We consider bespoke projects starting from a budget of 5.000 EUR. Please do keep in mind that customized items can take up to 8 weeks of sketching and production, and it comes with commission. The price range depends on the design and the complexity, and the material used. Depending on the project a prepayment from 30% to 100% shall also apply. Yes, we offer customization of existing pieces or create a completely new watch / bracelet from scratch. Customization
can be either minor (like adding an engraving) or huge, like adding gems, replacing ornaments etc. To give any sort of estimate we need to collect as much data from you as possible. Our team of designers can work with you to create a unique and personalized piece of jewelry tailored to your preferences.

Custom-designed products are typically non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We take great care to ensure customer satisfaction, and our customer support team will work closely with you during the design process to ensure your vision is accurately captured. Yes, we offer personalization services for certain rings. This may include options to engrave a special message. Sizing

To determine your ring size, you can either visit a local jeweler to have your finger measured or use a printable ring sizing guide available on our website. It's important to ensure an accurate measurement to ensure a proper fit for your ring. If you are between two sizes, we do recommend the bigger size. If you do any adjustments cleaning, polishing, refinishing, repair, resizing or any sort of alteration, the warranty is void immediately, as well as the right for return or exchange.

We offer bracelets in different sizes to accommodate various wrist sizes. The available sizes are usually mentioned in the product details. You can measure your wrist circumference and then choose the according size on our size chart. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer support team customer@saintbones.com.

Warranty & repairs

We offer a 2 years international limited warranty. To learn more about limitations and specific warranty terms, please consult out T&C. The warranty only applies to items purchased directly from Saint Bones.

We recommend keeping your digital invoice as validation of your warranty and ownership. In case you bought the item in our showroom do keep your receipt for warranty.

In the event of an accident resulting in damage to your item, we are here to provide assistance in repairing and restoring its beauty. To initiate the process, please contact our customer service at customer@saintbones.com
and give us as many details as possible. Please include pictures highlighting the damage. Our team will carefully evaluate the situation, provide you with a cost and time estimate, and offer further advise. Please note that assessment can take up to 2 weeks.

If your jewelry is no longer covered by our warranty, you can still have it repaired. However, any associated costs will be your responsibility. Our customer service team can provide further guidance on the repair options available to you.

Returns & Refunds

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that if your order has already been shipped or is in the process of being prepared for shipment, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may need to initiate a return or exchange once you receive the order.

We have a 14-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

The product should be in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. It should not have been worn, altered, or damaged. Any accompanying accessories, certificates, or documentation should also be included in the return. Some products may have additional specific conditions for returns, such as hygiene seals on certain items like earrings. Please refer to our return policy for detailed conditions.

Some items are non-returnable, such as: earrings and body piercings  due to hygiene reasons, engraved and personalized rings, pendants and other pieces of jewelry, any bespoke jewelry and watches, or customized eyewear.

Earrings are generally considered personal items for hygiene reasons, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please make sure to pick the most affordable tracked mail option for you. Return shipping fee will not be reimbursed.

Yes, depending on our return policy, we may offer exchanges for eligible products. Exchanges are typically available for the same product in a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. The first exchange is free of cost, each additional exchange will cost you 30€.  If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the exchange process.

Once we receive and process your returned product, we will initiate the refund according to our refund policy. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment method. The timeframe for refunds to be processed and reflected in your account can vary depending on the payment provider and any applicable processing times.

We recommend opening the package in front of the courier and examine packaging and the product for obvious damages.
