Project manager / Store manager

We are looking for a Store Manager / Project manager to join our team. That's gonna be really tough job to do with a lot of challenges and a lot of things to resolve. If you like challenges and are not afraid of responsibility - hit us up!

Essential requirements

  • Experience in the project management
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality in a similar position (jewelry business is an advantage)
  • Fluency in English, ability to communicate any matter in English
  • Ability to take responsibility, to be initiative, and to adapt
  • Ability to resolve issues and make decisions in stressful situations and with a lack of information
  • General curiosity and multicultural approach

Key Responsibilities

  • Bringing the first showroom of the brand in Vienna to life (handling multiple issues and processes from insurance contracts down to cleaning)
  • Recruitment and management of the sales staff, their integration, and training
  • Recruitment and management of the customer service staff (online customer service)
  • Showroom management
  • Back-office management and recruitment of administrative staff (online order fulfillment, assistants, etc.)
  • Ensuring team spirit and a healthy atmosphere
  • Motivate and encourage the sales team
  • Adapting customer service scripts and policies, managing customer relations
  • Designing business processes related to stock management, sales tracking, and cash discipline
