Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will need to advise and support our local and international customers at the brand's showroom located in downtown Vienna (Am Hof 12).

Essential requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail (jewelry & watch business would be an advantage)
• Native or extremely fluent in German, Fluency in English
• Ability to take responsibility, to be initiative, and resolve minor issues on your own
• Ability to make the right decisions in stressful situations with customers
• Genuine politeness and an open mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Advising and helping out retail customers in the showroom
• Maintaining showroom and showcases in perfect order and condition
• Taking care of proper representation of all products
• Maintaining stock of both jewelry and POS materials
• Spotting and reporting problems and issues
• Preparing online orders when customers choose pick-up at the showroom
• Tracking and reporting feedback from the customers
